Major Office Building in Downtown Schenectady Fully Leased

Thanks to three new tenants, including the Social Security Administration, Send Word Now and GTECH Corporation, the 130,500 square foot Broadway Center Office Building, located directly behind Proctors, is now 100% leased.

"We are pleased that One Broadway Center is now fully leased. This is just another example of the continued revitalization of downtown Schenectady and the value the Metroplex Development Authority has brought," said Mark L. Aronowitz of Omni Development Company, Inc.

With $300 million in new investment and more than 3,000 jobs created, change for the better is continuing in Schenectady thanks to the unified economic development plan Schenectady County Democrats put in place in 2004.
